Clients describe Dr. A as listening to them with the heart and the ear of a good friend. But with those gentle, knowing nudges, come expert instincts and methods of personal growth backed by science and three decades of experience.

In her most recent role, as CNS Director of Rehabilitation, Dr. A managed all patient programs and directed a multidisciplinary team of professionals, in addition to overseeing business, training, and development.

Her expertise is vast, having served as a program director, therapist, and clinician in outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment. Her passion for leadership coaching is a direct result of her management success.

During her tenure, she saw an opportunity to change the system to focus on her team’s strengths. She partnered with a colleague to reimagine employee success in the organization and launched a completely new performance management program anchored on positive psychology that impacted nearly 1,000 employees and continues to be utilized by the company.

Dr. Nicole Andreatta holds a Doctor of Psychology and two Master of Science degrees in rehabilitation and marriage and family counseling. When she’s not partnering with clients to help them follow their gifts or learning more about the brain, she enjoys the beautiful life both Palm Springs, CA and Barcelona offer with her husband Barry.
